Installation note:
For optimal performance, maintain 0.5-1.0mm clearance between valve base and manifold surface.
Use PTFE tape on port threads with 1.5-2 full wraps. Lubricate seals with silicone grease (JIS K2220)
during maintenance. Avoid mounting near high-frequency vibration sources (>200Hz).
