Installation protocol:
Use ISO 15407-1 compliant manifold base. Maintain 0.5-1.0mm gap between valve
and manifold for thermal expansion. Lubricate seals with ISO VG32-grade oil
if operating below -5℃. Replace coalescing filters every 2,000 hours.
Critical note:
Requires 5-10μm filtration (40μm max particle size). Avoid rapid pressure
fluctuations >0.3 MPa/sec. For vertical mounting, position solenoid coil
downward to prevent debris accumulation.
