The ACEJ63X50-50 is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: an external stop screw on the 63 mm bore body trims the 50 mm stroke anywhere within the ordered -50 window, so one cylinder covers a 0-50 mm working range without swapping hardware. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 1558.6 N and pulls 1458.1 N, which puts it in the mid-heavy thrust class of the ACEJ range. The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome plated 16 mm rod runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) and speeds of 30-500 mm/s.
Practical sizing: treat roughly 0.6 of the push force as usable work, so about 935 N at 0.5 MPa - equivalent to lifting around 95 kg vertically, or about 47 kg if you keep a 2:1 margin for a real part weight.
