The ACEJ63X55-40B is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: an external stop screw trims the 55 mm stroke by up to 40 mm, giving a usable range of 15-55 mm without changing the cylinder. At 0.5 MPa the 63 mm bore delivers 1558.6 N on extend and 1458.1 N on retract, rising to 2182.1 N at 0.7 MPa. In practice, plan for roughly 935 N (about 95 kg) of real work at 0.5 MPa instead of the full rating.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so this 55 mm unit slots into tight clamping fixtures and machine frames. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke impact, and the male rod thread (B code) bolts directly to your tooling.
