The ACEJ63X75-10B is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a 63 mm bore and a 75 mm stroke that an external stop screw trims by up to 10 mm on site, giving a usable range of 65-75 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 1558.6 N and pulls 1458.1 N, rising to 2182.1 N at 0.7 MPa. The male rod thread (B code) on the 16 mm rod bolts straight into standard tooling plates.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight presses and fixtures. A rule of thumb for real work: plan on roughly 935 N (about 95 kg) of usable push at 0.5 MPa, which corresponds to lifting about 79 kg vertically - or around 40 kg with a 2:1 margin. FA flange and LB foot mounts plus I/Y rod knuckles fit the standard face. Note this is a mechanical end stop only: on air loss the piston drifts, so it never holds a load.
