The ACEJ63X90-20 is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: an external stop screw trims the 90 mm stroke down by up to 20 mm, giving a usable range of 70-90 mm without changing the order. At 0.5 MPa the 63 mm bore delivers 1558.6 N on the push stroke and 1458.1 N on the pull stroke, rising to 2182.1 N at 0.7 MPa. In practice, plan on roughly 935 N (about 95 kg) of usable push at 0.5 MPa, or expect it to lift about 79 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so this 90 mm stroke unit slots into tight machine frames where a full-length body will not fit. A hard-anodized aluminium body carries a hard-chrome-plated S45C rod, fixed TPU bumpers absorb end-of-stroke energy, and FA flange or LB foot mounts plus I/Y rod knuckles bolt straight to the ISO 21287 face.
