About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP25X45SB
Double acting on both strokes, the ACP25X45SB is AirTAC's DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 25 mm bore and a 45 mm stroke. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 245.4 N and pulls 206.2 N, rising to 343.6 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical ceiling of 50.1 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The male rod thread (B code) and the fitted -S magnet let you bolt on CMSE or DMSE switches for end-position sensing straight out of the box.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight fixtures, sliding guards and pick stations. In practice, plan on roughly 147 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 12.5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Note this model is discontinued: the current-production drop-in is ACE25X45, same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.
