This ACPJ16X75-20S is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable stroke: a stop screw trims the 75 mm extend stroke by up to 20 mm on site, giving a usable 55-75 mm range. At 0.5 MPa the 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa. The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. Note this model is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ16X75.
Practical sizing: plan on roughly 60 N of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating, and expect it to lift about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The -S code on this unit means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be clamped straight onto the hard-anodized aluminium body. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends, the rod is S45C hard-chrome with a female M4x0.7 thread, and the air port is M5x0.8. Confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping to the ACEJ.
