About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ20X110-40B
This double acting ACPJ20X110-40B is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 40 mm adjustment window: a stop screw trims the 110 mm extend stroke down to 70 mm on site. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157.1 N and pulls 117.8 N, and the short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and gantries. Note that the 110 mm stroke exceeds the 100 mm standard maximum for bore 20, so it is a made-to-order stroke.
The male rod thread (B code) bolts to I/Y knuckles directly, and FA/FB flange or LB foot mounts attach to the same face. Because 0.6 of the push rating is a realistic working figure, plan on roughly 94 N of usable force, which lifts about 8 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The 110 mm stroke is non-standard and built to order; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ20X110, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.

As supplied, this cylinder has no magnet, so no switch can be mounted; the optional -S code adds the magnet that enables CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches.
