The ASE12X10 is a single acting push cylinder with spring return: air extends the 6 mm rod and the internal spring pulls it back home, so only one air line is needed. At the minimum 0.2 MPa it already beats the spring; at 0.5 MPa it delivers 40 N net of spring force (62.7 N at 0.7 MPa), a class suited to ejecting small parts, pressing micro switches and light clamping.
