Installation guidelines:
Use torque-controlled mounting (12-15Nm for M8 bolts). Maintain 0.5mm alignment tolerance during installation.
For vertical operation, install air vents upward. Lubricate monthly with AirTAC PAG-32 oil.
Critical notes:
Maximum side load capacity 280N. Do not exceed 1.2MPa burst pressure.
Requires 5μm filtered air with dew point -25℃ below ambient temperature.
