Installation protocol:
Requires 5-10μm filtered air with 1-2 drops/SCFM oil mist (ISO VG32 recommended).
Mounting surface flatness ≤0.1mm/m. For vertical installations, use rod-down orientation
with protective bellows (sold separately). Perform monthly purge cycling if idle.
