Ultra-flat profile cylinder (only 26mm body height) engineered for welding environments with space constraints. Features copper-free anodized aluminum construction to prevent spatter adhesion and integrated heat shield grooves. The tungsten-coated piston rod resists weld spatter damage, while high-temp seals maintain performance in intermittent 120℃ conditions.

Installation protocol:
Apply anti-spatter spray on exposed surfaces before commissioning.
Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between rod end and welding area.
Use locknuts with Loctite® 243 for vibration resistance.
Requires 5μm filtration for optimal seal life.
