Installation notes:
(1) Use copper-based anti-seize compound on threads in high-temp environments.
(2) Maintain 0.5–1mm clearance between cylinder body and welding area to prevent arc damage.
(3) For vertical mounting, add auxiliary guide mechanisms if lateral forces exceed 15N.
- Relubricate every 500,000 cycles with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
- Inspect heat shield coating quarterly in continuous welding applications
- Replace cushion seals after 2 million cycles in high-duty environments

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
