Installation note:
Requires rigid mounting surface (flatness ≤0.1mm/m) and intermediate support brackets for strokes >500mm.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during initial installation. Avoid side loads exceeding 30N.
Critical parameters:
Maintain air filtration at 40μm/5μm (coarse/fine). Maximum permissible lateral misalignment: ±0.5°.
For vertical mounting, use counterbalance valves (sold separately).
