Installation guidelines:
Maintain ≤0.5mm alignment tolerance during mounting. For vertical installations,
use upward rod orientation to prevent particulate accumulation. Lubricate every
500,000 cycles using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical notes:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Requires 5μm air filtration.
Maximum side load capacity: 15N at mid-stroke. Avoid rapid pressure changes >0.3MPa/sec.
