Installation note:
Requires horizontal mounting orientation to prevent rod sagging in full extension.
Recommend using SMC LUB-02 pneumatic oil for maintenance. Install particulate filter
(5μm or finer) upstream for optimal seal longevity.
Critical parameters:
Maximum side load capacity 120N. Requires minimum 0.3 MPa pressure for
full stroke operation. Allow 15-minute cool-down after continuous 2-hour
high-speed cycling.
