Installation protocol:
Hand-tighten until resistance is felt, then apply 0.8-1.2Nm torque with 8mm wrench.
Use 1.5 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads for gas applications. Test at 110% working
pressure for 3 minutes post-installation.
Compatibility note:
Not suitable for ethylene glycol mixtures or hydraulic fluids. Maximum 500
connect/disconnect cycles recommended for seal integrity.
