Maintenance note:
Replace filter element every 2,000 operational hours or when differential pressure exceeds 0.1MPa.
Lubricator requires ISO VG32 or equivalent oil. Drain condensate daily in humid environments.
- Install filter first in airflow direction (arrow marked)
- Regulator maintains 0.3-0.5MPa for optimal tool performance
- Adjust lubricator to 1 drop/5-10m³ air (clockwise reduces oil flow)
- Use bracket locknuts (M6) for vibration-prone installations
