The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF200C06MJW is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF200C06MJW is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in the GF200 size, built for filtration only - no pressure regulation and no lubrication. The 06 port decodes to PT1/8 with PT as the standard thread, the M code selects a manual drain emptied by hand, and the W code fits the finer 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. As the manual-drain version, the maximum inlet pressure is 0-0.9 MPa, the bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GF series, which runs from 200 up to 600 size with increasing port sizes and catalogue options covering drain type (differential-pressure, automatic, manual), element grade (40 um standard or 5 um with W), G and NPT threads, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, so request the datasheet figures from us and we will confirm them for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning the air feeding solenoid valves and small actuators inside a machine control cabinet, where the 5 um element catches fine particles that would score spools in the 1/8 in branch circuit.
Point-of-use filtration ahead of paint and coating spray guns: the finer 5 um grade helps keep finish defects down by removing water and grit from the small air line feeding the gun.
Conditioning air for small pneumatic gauges, transducers and panel instruments on process skids, where the 1/8 in connection and 5 um element suit sensitive low-draw devices.
The W element is the deciding choice here: at 5 um it protects downstream components that the 40 um standard grade lets coarser particles reach, which matters ahead of precision valves and instruments. The PT1/8 port is the smallest GF200 step, so step up to GF300 or GF400 bodies where the demand outgrows it. The manual drain (M) suits attended installations and carries a 0-0.9 MPa inlet rating; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain variants for unattended lines. PT thread is standard and G or NPT are orderable options; J omits the bracket.
Since AirTAC states flow only as curves, we do not publish a rated figure. Send us your conditions and we will confirm the datasheet numbers before you commit.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter capacity as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The W code fits a 5 um element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard. Choose it upstream of precision valves, instruments or finishing equipment; choose 40 um for general machine-air protection where the finer element is unnecessary. Both grades are available across the GF200 range, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains to match how the unit is attended.
