The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF200C06MW is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF200C06MW is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in the GF200 size: filtration only, with no regulation and no lubrication. The 06 port decodes to PT1/8 with PT as the standard thread, the M code gives a manual drain emptied by hand, and the W code fits the finer 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard. Unlike the J-coded variants, this unit includes the mounting bracket, so it bolts straight to a panel or frame. The manual-drain version carries a 0-0.9 MPa maximum inlet, the 200-size bowl is polycarbonate, and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GF family, offered from 200 to 600 size with a full option set: differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains; 40 um or 5 um elements; G and NPT thread choices; and bracket or bracketless variants. AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your duty before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF200 | G-series air filter, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted on the frame of a carton-forming machine, the bracketed filter cleans the 1/8 in feed to small sealing and ejector cylinders, with the 5 um element guarding the fine control valves downstream.
Supplying clean, dry air to photo-eye and divert sensor purge jets along a conveyor line, where the compact bracketed unit sits at the take-off and the 5 um element keeps the tiny orifices clear.
Panel-mounted next to the robot controller, conditioning the small air feed to tool-changer lock and peripheral actuation circuits, drained manually at the start of each production shift.
This code bundles the two choices that matter most on a small filter: the 5 um W element for finer protection than the 40 um standard, and the included bracket so the unit mounts solidly instead of hanging on its pipework. The PT1/8 port is the smallest GF step - if your flow demand grows, the same configuration exists in GF300/400/600 bodies. Manual drain (M) means an operator bleeds the bowl and carries a 0-0.9 MPa inlet; pick the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants for unattended duty. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT orderable.
Because flow is published only as curves, we quote no rated figure. Give us your pressure and demand and we will confirm sizing on the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so no rating is quoted here. Send us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer removal of particles ahead of sensitive valves and instruments. Everything else in the code is unchanged: PT1/8 port, manual drain with its 0-0.9 MPa inlet rating, and - as this version lacks the J code - the mounting bracket included. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants of the same GF200 filter are also available.
