The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10 is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF300C10 is a G-series air filter for compressed air only: it removes water and particulate, with no regulation and no lubrication. This is the size 300 body with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um element, and the default differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate as the pressure drop across the element builds.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT thread standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, a choice of 40 um or 5 um elements, and differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/8 in air feed to a packaging line, the GF300C10 removes water and debris before it reaches the diverters, pushers and stop cylinders that index cartons along the conveyor.
Used at ring-main drop points around a factory floor, this filter cleans the general plant air supply feeding hand tools, blow guns and small actuators, with the differential-pressure drain handling collected condensate.
Mounted at the workshop wall outlet feeding impact wrenches and air ratchets, the 40 um element and 3/8 in PT port give a straightforward filter point for general mechanical work.
This model gives you a 3/8 in PT connection on the size 300 body - a sensible step when your air demand needs more than a 1/4 in line but not the larger 400/600 bodies. The standard 40 um element suits general-purpose air preparation; specify the W variant for 5 um. Drain is the default differential-pressure type, with automatic and manual variants available. Thread is PT standard, with G and NPT to order, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
We do not quote a single rated flow because AirTAC publishes GF-series performance as flow curves, not one number. Send us your pressure and consumption figures and we will confirm the curves and full datasheet for this model on request before you order.
This model uses the default differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate when the pressure drop across the element rises. The same size 300 body is also available with an automatic drain (code A) for hands-free operation or a manual drain (code M) - tell us which suits your maintenance routine.
