The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10AJ is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF300C10AJ is a G-series air filter for compressed air only: filtration of water and particulate, with no regulation and no lubrication. It is the size 300 body with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um element, the automatic drain (A) for hands-free condensate removal, and the J option meaning no mounting bracket is supplied - the unit mounts directly on its port connection.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT thread standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and with or without bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Plumbed directly into the air line inside a machine control cabinet, the GF300C10AJ filters the supply to pilot valves and actuators with its port-mounted body and no bracket taking up panel space.
Installed inline on the 3/8 in feed to a pneumatic press, this unit removes water and particles before the directional valve, while the automatic drain handles condensate without operator attention.
Used by maintenance teams replacing an old filter in a tight pipework run, the bracket-free body screws straight into existing 3/8 PT connections, with the automatic drain removing the old routine of bleeding bowls by hand.
This variant suits panel or machine builders who mount the filter directly on the pipework: same 3/8 in PT, size 300 body, 40 um element and automatic drain as the GF300C10A, but with the J code omitting the bracket. If you want wall or frame mounting, choose the version without the J code instead. Consider the W variant for a 5 um element, or the manual-drain version if you prefer supervised draining. Thread is PT standard, with G and NPT to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
There is no single rated flow figure for this model - AirTAC publishes GF-series flow as curves. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curves and the full datasheet on request before you place the order.
The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied, so the unit is mounted on its 3/8 in PT port connections - useful for inline pipework and panels. Choose the equivalent model without the J if you want the included bracket for wall or frame mounting.
