The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10AJW is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF300C10AJW is an AirTAC GF-series air filter, a filtration-only unit: it removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air and performs no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This configuration is the size 300 body with a 3/8" PT port, the fine 5 um filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without manual attention, and it ships without a mounting bracket. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M) draining, and optional G (BSPP) or NPT (T) threads in place of the standard PT. Filtration performance is published as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow data against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Dropped into the compressed air line feeding a machining centre's pneumaticToolchangers and clamps, this filter strips water and 5 um-scale particulate before they reach sensitive valves, with automatic drain keeping the bowl clear through unattended shifts.
Installed upstream of a solenoid valve manifold on an automated assembly line, it removes condensate and fine debris that cause valve sticking, while the automatic drain handles condensate without operator rounds.
Mounted on the air feed to conveyor diverters and packaging cylinders, it keeps moisture and particles out of the actuators; the 3/8" PT port suits the branch lines typical of such equipment.
Size 300 with the 3/8" PT port is the middle step of the GF range; step up to 400 or 600 if your line's flow demand calls for a larger port, or down to 200 for compact points of use. Choose the 5 um element (W) when downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection than the standard 40 um, and the automatic drain (A) when the unit sits where manual blow-downs are impractical. The J suffix omits the mounting bracket; order without it only if you panel- or line-mount by other means. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT (T) are catalogue options to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter performance as flow curves, not a single rated flow figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet for this exact model on request before you order.
The W suffix selects the finer 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um, giving better protection for downstream valves and cylinders; the A suffix selects an automatic drain, so condensate is expelled from the polycarbonate bowl without manual blow-down. Differential-pressure (default) and manual (M) drains are also available in this series.
