The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10J is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF300C10J is an AirTAC GF-series air filter, a filtration-only unit: it removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air and does no regulation and no lubrication. This configuration is the size 300 body with a 3/8" PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, the default differential-pressure drain (condensate is discharged when the pressure differential across the drain rises), and the J suffix means no mounting bracket is fitted. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF series comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M) drains, and optional G (BSPP) or NPT (T) threads in place of the standard PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow data against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Plumbed into a 3/8" branch line on a plant air ring main, it gives general-purpose 40 um protection against rust scale and pipeline debris for the tools and actuators fed from that drop.
Fitted at the wall drop feeding a maintenance workshop's impact tools, hoists and blow guns, it keeps water and coarse particles out of the distribution leg; the bracketless body suits direct line mounting.
Installed ahead of the air outlets in a commercial-vehicle service bay, it filters the shop supply used for brake-system testing and air-tool work, catching moisture and debris carried in from the compressor room.
Size 300 with the 3/8" PT port is the mid-range step of the GF series; choose 400 or 600 for heavier branch demand or 200 for compact points of use. The standard 40 um element is the general-purpose grade for shop-air protection; select the 5 um (W) version where finer filtration is needed. The default differential-pressure drain needs no setting, but note the automatic (A) and manual (M) drain options if your duty demands them. The J suffix omits the mounting bracket, so plan an alternative fixing. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT (T) are orderable options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
There is no single rated flow figure for this filter; AirTAC publishes performance as flow curves. Share your line pressure and the air consumption of the equipment downstream, and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this exact model on request before you order.
This model carries the default differential-pressure drain: condensate is discharged from the bowl when the pressure difference across the drain reaches its threshold during flow. If you prefer scheduled manual blow-downs, the M version offers a manual drain; the A version offers an automatic drain that ejects condensate on its own.
