The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10JW is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF300C10JW is an AirTAC GF-series air filter, a filtration-only unit: it removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This configuration is the size 300 body with a 3/8" PT port, the fine 5 um (W) filter element, the default differential-pressure drain (condensate discharges when the differential across the drain rises), and the J suffix, meaning no mounting bracket is fitted. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M) drains, and optional G (BSPP) or NPT (T) threads in place of the standard PT. Flow performance is published as curves rather than one rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow data against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted on the line feeding pneumatic laboratory equipment such as sample-handling actuators and piston pumps, the 5 um element screens fine particles that would upset precision pneumatic components.
Installed in the air supply of an engineering test bench, it conditions the air to valves and quick-connect circuits used for component testing, where cleaner-than-standard 5 um filtration protects the rig between rebuilds.
Placed upstream of spray and coating equipment's air-side supply, it removes water and fine particulate that would otherwise compromise finish quality; the bracketless body fits neatly into tight line runs.
The size 300 body with 3/8" PT port sits mid-range in the GF series; step to 400 or 600 for heavier flow demand or to 200 for compact points of use. The 5 um (W) element is the finer of the two catalogue grades, chosen over the standard 40 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need cleaner air. The differential-pressure drain is the default and needs no drain-side setting, with automatic (A) and manual (M) alternatives available. The J suffix deletes the mounting bracket, so provide your own fixing method. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT (T) are catalogue options to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
No single rated flow figure is published for this filter; AirTAC provides performance as flow curves. Give us your operating pressure and downstream air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this model on request so you can size it correctly.
The W suffix on this model selects the 5 um element, intended where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer protection than the general-purpose 40 um grade provides. If your application is ordinary shop-air protection, the 40 um version of the same size 300 filter is the standard choice.
