The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10M is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF300C10M is a G-series air filter: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and does nothing else - no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This size 300 unit has PT3/8 ports, the standard 40 um filter element, and a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by opening the drain at the bottom of the bowl during routine checks. The mounting bracket is included. Because the drain is manual, the inlet pressure range is 0-0.9 MPa (0-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um standard element or a 5 um fine element (suffix W), and PT as the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use water and dirt removal on the 3/8" supply feeding conveyor-mounted pneumatic cylinders and stopper gates on a carton packaging line, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks.
A filter at each 3/8" drop in a plant maintenance area, keeping rust particles and condensate out of impact wrenches, ratchets and blow guns served from a central compressor.
Installed on 3/8" branch headers around a production floor to knock out water and pipe scale before air reaches clamps, air tables and other general-duty pneumatic tooling.
Choose the size step by the flow your line needs: 300 is the mid-range frame with 3/8" ports; step up to 400/600 for higher demand or down to 200 for compact circuits. Pick the drain to match the installation: manual (this model) needs an operator to drain the bowl, while automatic (suffix A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain without attention. Keep the 40 um element for general plant air, or order the W suffix for 5 um filtration. Thread is PT as standard; specify G or NPT when ordering if your pipework needs it, and choose the J suffix if you do not want the bracket.
Flow is published as curves, not one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter performance as flow curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote one figure here. Tell us your line pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing from the GF300 datasheet on request before you order.
The M suffix means condensate is released by opening the drain on the bowl by hand instead of automatically. It suits installations that are visited daily anyway; where bowls are mounted in awkward or unattended spots, choose the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain version instead.
