The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10MW is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF300C10MW is a G-series air filter - filtration only, with no regulator and no lubricator - removing water and particulate from compressed air. The W suffix fits the fine 5 um element rather than the standard 40 um, and the size 300 body carries PT3/8 ports with a manual drain, so the inlet pressure range is 0-0.9 MPa (0-130 psi) and condensate is emptied by hand. With no J suffix, the mounting bracket is included for wall or frame fixing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GF filters come in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, and PT as the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Bracket-mounted fine filtration on the 3/8" air feed to spray guns and air-assisted paint pumps in a finishing booth, drained by hand between colour changes.
Filtering the 3/8" supply to capstan, dancer-arm and accumulator pneumatics on a wire-drawing or cable line, where the 5 um element keeps fine grit out of pilot valves.
Conditioning air at a dimensional inspection station that runs pneumatic gauges and clamping fixtures from the 3/8" plant ring main, with the bracket fixing the unit beside the bench.
Decide on grade first: the 5 um element here protects downstream precision equipment, whereas the standard 40 um grade is fine for utility air. Then size by demand - this 300 frame uses 3/8" ports; step to 200, 400 or 600 as the circuit needs. Drainage: manual on this model, or choose automatic (A) / differential-pressure (blank) for unattended use. Thread is PT standard with G and NPT orderable, and this version includes the bracket; use the J suffix if you do not want it.
Flow is shown as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet for your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
There is no single published rating - AirTAC supplies flow as curves. Share your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the GF300 sizing and datasheet details on request before you place the order.
PT is the standard thread on this model, but G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options you can order. For drainage you can move from this manual-drain M version to automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) variants, and to the 40 um standard element by dropping the W suffix.
