The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C10W is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The GF300C10W is an AirTAC G-series air filter: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and does nothing else - no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This 300-size unit has PT3/8" ports (PT is the standard thread), a fine 5 um filtering element (the W grade, tighter than the standard 40 um), and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. Bowl material on the 300 size is polycarbonate, and the maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter line runs from size 200 up to 600, with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um fine elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and brackets optional. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted on the shop-air drop feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders, the 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of the valves while the differential-pressure drain sheds condensate during cutting shifts.
Installed ahead of the regulator and hose whip at a spray booth, this filter polishes the air to 5 um so water carryover and grit do not mark the finish on automotive or furniture coating work.
Mounted upstream of the solenoid valve bank on a carton-forming packaging machine, the 300-size body with 3/8" PT ports conditions the plant air so seal cylinders and diverters keep cycling without fouling.
Size 300 with 3/8" ports sits mid-range in the G-series filter family; step up to 400/600 or down to 200/08 depending on the flow your line needs. The 5 um (W) element suits point-of-use protection for sensitive tools and valves; the standard 40 um handles general line filtration. The differential-pressure drain is the default and works well where flow is reasonably steady; choose the A (automatic) version for intermittent duty or the M (manual) version for supervised drains. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options to order. Bracket comes included on this code.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The 40 um element is the standard choice for general line filtration; the 5 um W grade on this model is for finer protection of valves, cylinders and point-of-use equipment. The differential-pressure drain is the default: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the element is high enough, so no manual draining routine is needed.
