The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C15 is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The GF300C15 is an AirTAC G-series air filter - filtration of water and particulate only, with no regulation and no lubrication. This 300-size unit has PT1/2" ports (PT is the standard thread), the standard 40 um filtering element, and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate automatically as air flows through. The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate, the maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8" to 1", element grades of 40 um standard or 5 um optional, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and a bracket included on this code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed where the half-inch branch leaves the factory air ring main, this filter strips bulk water and pipe-scale from the compressed air before it reaches the machine's own conditioning chain.
Mounted on the supply to the pneumatic cylinders that index and stop packages on a conveyor line, the 40 um element keeps grit out of cylinder seals while the differential-pressure drain keeps the bowl clear during continuous running.
Fitted at workshop drop points feeding impact wrenches, chisels and blow guns, the 300-size filter with 1/2" PT ports gives tradespeople cleaner air for hand-held pneumatic tools.
Size 300 with 1/2" PT ports is the natural pick for half-inch machine drops and header take-offs in the G-series range; move to 400/600 for larger mains or 200 for compact point-of-use duty. The standard 40 um element covers general-purpose line filtration; specify the W version if you need 5 um fine filtration. The differential-pressure drain suits steady, continuous flow; the A version handles intermittent lines and the M version puts draining under operator control. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options; the bracket is included on this code.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that is not in the catalogue. Send us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request.
A blank drain position means the differential-pressure drain, the family default: condensate is discharged automatically as flow passes through the element, with no external signal or operator action. If your line runs intermittently or you prefer supervised draining, order the A (automatic) or M (manual) variant of the same 300-size filter instead.
