The AirTAC Airtac GF Filter GF300C15M is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with See datasheet ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF300C15M is an AirTAC G-series air filter for compressed-air lines: it removes condensed water and particulate from the air stream and nothing else - there is no pressure regulation and no lubrication in this unit. The 300 size is fitted with a 1/2 in PT (standard) port, and the trailing M specifies a manual drain, so condensate collected in the PC (polycarbonate) bowl is emptied by operating the drain by hand. The element is the standard 40 um grade. Maximum inlet pressure is 0-0.9 MPa for this manual-drain filter, with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, supplied in the G-series range of 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports and threads (PT standard, G and NPT as catalogue options), drain types, and a 5 um element option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use water and particle removal on compressed-air drops feeding pneumatic impact wrenches, sanders and spray guns in an automotive body shop.
Conditioning the air feeding carton sealers and case-packing cylinders, keeping condensate out of valves and cylinders on a manual-drain service schedule.
Bulk water and grit removal upstream of lab air consumers and test rigs where the 40 um element handles general line protection.
Start with size and port: 300 is the mid step in the G-series (200, 300, 400, 600), and this unit carries a 1/2 in PT port - step up or down a size if your line port or expected flow calls for it. Drain choice matters: manual (this model, code M) needs someone to drain the bowl, while automatic (A) and the differential-pressure default drain continuously without attention. Filter grade is 40 um as standard here; specify the W suffix for the 5 um option if finer particle capture is needed. Thread is PT as the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are available as ordered options. A bracket is included on this model (J would delete it).
Because AirTAC publishes filter flow only as curves, not a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated-flow figure for this filter; flow is given as performance curves. Tell us your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request before you order.
Manual drain means an operator opens the drain at the PC bowl to empty collected condensate, which suits lines that are shut down and checked regularly. If you cannot rely on that routine, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (default) drain versions remove the need for manual attention.
