The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10AJC1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300 series is AirTAC's G-series filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is PT3/8 (PT standard thread), has an automatic drain that discharges condensate without manual attention, the standard 40 um filter element, and an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa in place of the embedded square gauge. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the automatic drain the adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator range spans 200/300/400/600 sizes, with PT, G(BSPP) or NPT threads, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, square embedded or optional round gauges, and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A service drop on a spray-finishing line where the round MPa gauge gives a clear external pressure readout and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the spray circuit.
A drop-in replacement on an installed air-preparation manifold where a bracket is not required because the unit bolts to existing panel hardware at the PT3/8 connections.
Installed at the air inlet of plant machinery to strip water and 40 um-plus particulate and hold the machine's specified supply pressure, with automatic condensate draining.
Two codes set this unit apart. J means it is supplied without a mounting bracket - order a bracketed variant if you need panel or wall fixing. C1 selects the external round gauge with an MPa scale; square embedded gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives in the same series. Otherwise this is the standard build: 300 size with a PT3/8 port, automatic drain, and the 40 um standard element; the 5 um W version is available if finer filtration is required. Thread is PT as standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options to order.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a rated flow number. Tell us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The gauge style and scale are coded in the model. C1 fits the external round gauge with an MPa scale; F1 versions use the embedded square gauge, also MPa here, and psi (2) or bar (3) scales are available as alternatives. J additionally means no mounting bracket is included with this unit.
