The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10AJNWK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AJNWK is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in PT port, the finer 5 um filter element (W) and an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate from the PC bowl without manual attention. A reverse (check) valve is fitted (K). No pressure gauge is fitted (N) and no mounting bracket is included (J). With automatic drain, the adjusting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter regulator series is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, gauge and bracket variants, and a low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulate the supply to a press clutch and brake circuit; the fitted check valve backs up downstream pressure if the plant air main drops momentarily.
Feed quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a water treatment skid with 5 um filtered air at a fixed set point, while the automatic drain handles condensate continuously.
Supply the tensioner and dancer on a wire-drawing machine; clean regulated air plus the check valve keeps tension stable through pressure dips in the shop main.
Step up through 200 / 300 / 400 / 600 to match your port and flow need - this is the 300 size with 3/8 in PT thread. The 5 um (W) element gives finer filtration than the 40 um standard, and the K option adds a reverse (check) valve for circuits that should hold pressure if supply dips. Drain options: differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual (M). Gauge and bracket are omitted in this code but available as variants; G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
We do not quote a single rated flow because AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not one figure. Share your application details and we will confirm the sizing and send the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held back if the upstream supply drops. The same unit without K is available, and you can combine K with either the 40 um standard or the 5 um (W) element and any drain type in the GFR range.
