The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10ANK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C10ANK is a genuine AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. This 300-size unit has a PT 3/8 in port, the standard 40 um filter element, an automatic drain that clears condensate from the PC (polycarbonate) bowl on its own, and a built-in check valve that backs up downstream pressure if the supply side drops. Outlet pressure adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20 to 130 psi) with a maximum inlet of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). No gauge is fitted on this code, and a mounting bracket is included. Operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part distributed for the US market. The G-series filter regulators come in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) elements, and gauge options. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the supply to a workbench air press: the automatic drain clears condensate between shifts and the check valve holds the set pressure if the main line dips.
Feed the cylinders and seal heads of a carton-sealing line from one 3/8 in PT drop, with the 40 um element keeping pipe scale out of the machine's valve stack.
Set a stable working pressure for impact wrenches and ratchets at a service bay: the PC bowl collects water and the automatic drain empties it without operator attention.
Match the 300 body and its 3/8 in PT port to the air your line actually draws: step down to 200 for compact drops, or up to 400/600 for heavier tools and longer runs. This code carries the automatic drain, ideal where nobody walks past the unit; the manual-drain variant (0.05-0.9 MPa range) suits attended stations and the differential-pressure drain is the default middle ground. The 40 um element covers general shop air; choose the W variant (5 um) ahead of valves or instruments. A check valve is fitted, and the bracket is included. Thread is PT as the standard, with G and NPT available to order, and a gauge can be added if you need a visible setpoint. Because flow is published as curves, not one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes performance for the G series as flow curves across a pressure range, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote responsibly. Send us your operating pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
K marks that a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which prevents backflow and helps hold downstream pressure when the upstream supply drops. Without the K the body has no check valve; drain type, filter grade and gauge are separate positions in the code.
