The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10C1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in one body: compressed air passes through a 40 um element and drain bowl, then through the regulator, so a single unit handles particulate and condensate removal plus downstream pressure control. This code is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, the default differential-pressure drain, a round external gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range with differential-pressure draining is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the polycarbonate bowl unit runs on compressed air from -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and every size can be ordered with 5 um (W) or 40 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, round or square gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse (check) valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds swing clamps and vise cylinders around a machining center, filtering scale and condensate out of the shop air while holding the fixture circuit at the pressure it was set up for.
Supplies the tape-head and flap-fold cylinders of a case sealer with conditioned air, so box-size changeovers become a gauge adjustment rather than a plumbing job.
Sits on the instrument-air takeoff of a water-treatment skid, cleaning and regulating the pilot supply to pneumatic butterfly and diaphragm valve actuators.
This is the mid-size step of the G series: 300 with a 3/8 in PT port, suited to lines one step above 1/4 in bench or hand-tool circuits and below 1/2 in main headers; move to 200 or up to 400/600 as your demand dictates. The differential-pressure drain is the default and needs no operator attention; if the unit must be mounted where condensate cannot collect in the bowl, order the A (automatic) or M (manual) suffix instead. Filtration here is the standard 40 um element (specify W for 5 um), the K suffix adds the reverse (check) valve that blocks reverse flow through the unit, and the round MPa gauge is the C1 option. A mounting bracket is included, and PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes capacity for the G series as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will pull the datasheet curve for the 300 size at 3/8 in and confirm the figures on request before you order.
This GFR300 code filters and regulates in one body with a drain bowl, but it does not lubricate. If your actuators need an oil mist, step up to the GC three-unit combination or the GFC two-unit set; if your circuit runs oil-free by design, the single GFR body saves panel space and a spare element.
