The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10C1W is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in one body: compressed air passes through the filter element and drain bowl, then through the regulator, so a single unit handles particulate and condensate removal plus downstream pressure control. This code is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, ordered with the finer 5 um (W) element instead of the 40 um standard, plus the default differential-pressure drain and a round external gauge reading in MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range with differential-pressure draining is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the polycarbonate bowl unit runs on compressed air from -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and every size can be ordered with 5 um or 40 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, round or square gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse (check) valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions the supply to pick-and-place heads and feeders on an SMT assembly line, where the 5 um element is chosen for finer particulate removal ahead of precision motion components.
Prepares actuator air on lab automation such as plate-handling robots, where a cleaner 5 um grade and a stable setpoint keep gripper strokes repeatable run after run.
Regulates air to the capper and star-wheel cylinders of a beverage bottling conveyor, with the drain bowl catching condensate carryover from the ring main.
The 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port is the mid step of the G series, one step above 1/4 in bench circuits and below 1/2 in headers; step to 200 or up to 400/600 according to demand. The differential-pressure drain is the default; choose the A (automatic) or M (manual) suffix where mounting position or site practice calls for it. The W suffix here orders the 5 um filtration grade for finer particulate removal than the standard 40 um element, the C1 option gives the round external MPa gauge, and a mounting bracket is included. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes capacity for the G series as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will pull the datasheet curve for the 300 size at 3/8 in and confirm the figures on request before you order.
The 40 um grade is the default and suits general shop-air protection; the W suffix orders the 5 um grade for finer particulate removal on precision pneumatics, coating and instrumentation work. Both grades are catalogue options on the same 300 body, so decide the grade when you order.
