The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10C3 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in one body: compressed air passes through a 40 um element and drain bowl, then through the regulator, so a single unit handles particulate and condensate removal plus downstream pressure control. This code is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, the default differential-pressure drain, and a round external gauge on the C3 option, which reads in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range with differential-pressure draining is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the polycarbonate bowl unit runs on compressed air from -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and every size can be ordered with 5 um (W) or 40 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, round or square gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse (check) valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Suits retrofit and service work on European-built packaging and processing machines whose panels are read in bar, so operators see a familiar scale at the regulator instead of converting units.
Regulates the fold-and-tape cylinders of a case erector, giving maintenance staff one clear gauge and one drain point for the machine's conditioning duty.
Drops line pressure to a safe, repeatable level for air-nozzle blow-off of chips and water from molded parts, with the 40 um element keeping rust scale out of the nozzles.
The 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port is the mid step of the G series, one step above 1/4 in bench circuits and below 1/2 in headers; step to 200 or up to 400/600 according to demand. The differential-pressure drain is the default; order the A (automatic) or M (manual) suffix where mounting position or site practice calls for it. Filtration is the standard 40 um element (specify W for 5 um). The C3 suffix here selects the round external gauge with a bar scale; use C1 for MPa or C2 for psi, or an F code for the embedded square gauge. A mounting bracket is included, and PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes capacity for the G series as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will pull the datasheet curve for the 300 size at 3/8 in and confirm the figures on request before you order.
Yes - the gauge is part of the model code. This C3 code orders the round external gauge with a bar scale; C1 gives MPa, C2 gives psi, F-prefixed codes give the embedded square gauge, and N omits the gauge entirely. Pick the scale you want when ordering and it arrives fitted.
