The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10F1W is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10F1W combines an AirTAC filter and pressure regulator in one body, specified with the fine 5 um (W) filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade. The PT3/8 unit carries a differential-pressure drain in its polycarbonate bowl and an embedded square gauge on an MPa scale. The regulator range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, 300 size in the G series that runs from 200 to 600 with larger ports at larger sizes. The same package is available with a 40 um element, with a check valve (K), with automatic or manual drain, and with G (BSPP) or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Prepares the compressed-air supply to analytical instruments and pneumatic sample-handling hardware in a lab, where the 5 um element keeps finer particulate out of sensitive components while the regulator sets a stable working pressure.
Filters and regulates the air feeding spray guns in a paint finishing booth: the 5 um grade suits gun and nozzle air quality expectations, and the square MPa gauge lets the operator set and read the atomising pressure.
Mounted at the inlet of a machine control panel feeding positioners, pilot valves and small actuators, it cleans the supply at the finer grade and provides a locally adjustable, gauge-readable regulated pressure.
The W suffix is the key choice here: it selects the 5 um element where the standard 40 um grade is not fine enough for the downstream equipment; both grades exist across the G series. This unit is the 300 size on a PT3/8 port with differential-pressure drain (automatic A or manual M are options), square MPa gauge (psi/bar scales and an external round gauge are options), and PT thread standard with G or NPT orderable. Since flow appears only as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as pressure-drop curves, not as a single rated figure, so the honest answer starts with your operating pressure and consumption. Send us those numbers and we will confirm the right size and the datasheet figures on request.
40 um is the standard grade for general actuation air; W specifies the 5 um element for circuits where finer particulate must be kept out, such as spray, instrumentation or control-panel air. Both grades are available across the G series, including in this PT3/8, 300-size configuration.
