The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10F1WK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10F1WK is an AirTAC filter regulator in the 300 size with a PT3/8 port, specified with two options together: the fine 5 um (W) filter element and a fitted reverse (check) valve (K), which allows flow in the working direction and blocks reverse flow. It keeps the differential-pressure drain in the polycarbonate bowl and the embedded square gauge on an MPa scale. Setting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), temperature -5 to 70 C non-freezing.
A genuine AirTAC part from the G series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600. The same package can be ordered without the check valve, with the standard 40 um element, with automatic or manual drain, or with G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates the air to jig and fixture clamps on a production machine, with the 5 um grade protecting fine pilot components and the check valve blocking reverse flow back toward the supply side.
Conditions the compressed air driving sample cylinders and pneumatic dosing valves on a process analyser shelter, where the finer element suits the sensitive hardware and the gauge gives a local MPa set-point reading.
Serves the branch feeding filler and capper actuator cylinders on a bottling line: cleaned air at a regulated, gauge-readable pressure, with the check valve preventing the circuit from feeding back upstream during line stops.
Two decodable choices define this unit: W selects the 5 um element over the standard 40 um grade, and K adds a reverse (check) valve where the downstream circuit must be protected against feed-back. You can also step the size and port (this one is 300 on PT3/8), pick the drain (differential-pressure here, automatic A or manual M), set the gauge (square MPa here; psi, bar and external round gauge are options), and order G or NPT thread in place of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow for this series; performance is given as flow curves. Share your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the correct size and datasheet figures on request.
W specifies the 5 um filter element in place of the standard 40 um grade, and K specifies a fitted reverse (check) valve so reverse flow is blocked. Port (PT3/8), differential-pressure drain, square MPa gauge and the 0.15-0.9 MPa setting range all stay as per the standard GFR300 configuration.
