The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10JC1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C10JC1K is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator with a reverse (check) valve fitted: water and particle filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in one body, with the valve holding downstream pressure if upstream supply is lost. This configuration is a 300-size unit with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um element, a differential-pressure drain, an external round MPa gauge, and no mounting bracket (J). The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a medium of compressed air only, with a temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). With the differential-pressure drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The G series spans sizes 200/300/400/600 with drain, element, gauge, thread and bracket options; we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Holding regulated, filtered pressure on pneumatic clamps along a machining transfer line, with the check valve helping the circuit stay pressurized if upstream air dips.
Feeding control valves and small air cylinders on a mechanical press's auxiliary tooling from a common 3/8 in drop, filtered and set to one working pressure.
Conditioning the branch feeding gripper cylinders and suction venturi controls on a pick-and-place robot, keeping a fixed regulated supply to the end effector.
Step through the G series sizes (200/300/400/600) to match port size and air demand; this 300 unit carries a 3/8 in PT port. Drain types: differential-pressure (standard, as here), automatic (A), or manual (M). Element grade is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge fitted here, with MPa, psi or bar scales. The K suffix adds the reverse/check valve - use it where a cylinder or circuit must not dump if upstream air drops. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are options to order. This code has no bracket (J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the AirTAC G series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so no number is quoted here. Send us your operating pressure and required flow and we will confirm sizing from the curves and provide the datasheet on request.
The standard differential-pressure drain bleeds condensate automatically as flow falls, the A automatic drain purges on its own cycle, and the M manual drain is emptied by hand. This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, which also sets its regulation range at 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
