The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10JNWK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C10JNWK is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: it cleans compressed air and holds a steady downstream pressure in one body. Two options are fitted: the W position gives the fine 5um element instead of the standard 40um, and the K position adds a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream side drops or is vented. This 300-size build has PT3/8in ports (PT is the standard thread), a differential-pressure drain, no gauge (N) and no mounting bracket (J). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), temperature range -5 to 70 C, and with the differential-pressure drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8in to 1in; this family is also available with the standard 40um element, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges, and G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so tell us your air demand and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On an extruder take-off it supplies regulated air for the capstan and air wipes; the 5um element protects the wipe nozzles while the check valve holds the circuit when the header is vented.
Feeding the pneumatic press and hold-down clamps of a PCB test fixture, it gives a stable set pressure and fine filtration for the small pilot valves in the fixture.
A workshop brake-test bench uses it to condition and regulate shop air to the test couplings, with fine filtration for the couplings and a held setting between tests.
Size 300 with a 3/8in PT port sits mid-range in the G series; step down to 200 or up to 400/600 for the flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm sizing from the curves. This code combines the 5um element (W) for finer particle protection with a fitted reverse (check) valve (K) that holds downstream pressure when the upstream header is vented; the plain 40um, valve-free build is GFR300C10JN. Drain here is differential-pressure, with automatic and manual variants available. The JN positions omit the bracket and gauge - add a bracket for panel mounting and a square or round gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale) where a local readout helps. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are orderable options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
We do not quote a single rated flow because AirTAC publishes G-series performance as curves. Send us your application and required flow and we will confirm the size and provide the datasheet curve on request.
JNWK combines the 5um element (W) and a fitted reverse valve (K), with no gauge and no bracket (JN). If you want local pressure indication, a panel bracket, the standard 40um element or no check valve, we can quote the matching GFR300 variant.
