The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10NK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
This AirTAC GFR unit filters and regulates compressed air in one body: the bowl separates water and particles for the drain to remove, and the adjusting knob sets the downstream pressure. The K code fits a reverse (check) valve in the unit so air cannot flow back upstream through it. This configuration is the 300 size with a PT3/8 port, standard 40 um element, differential-pressure drain and no pressure gauge. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the differential-pressure drain the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
It is a genuine AirTAC part in the 200 to 600 G-series range (1/8 in. to 1 in. ports), available with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge or no-gauge variants. The 300 size uses a polycarbonate bowl and is rated for -5 to 70 C non-freezing compressed air. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying a small pneumatic press where the check valve prevents reverse flow through the unit, so the downstream side is not vented back toward the supply line.
Regulating air to the lifting cylinders of a scissor lift table, with the check valve blocking backflow through the unit toward the supply side.
Feeding a leak-test station where the circuit under test must stay isolated from supply-side disturbances; the check valve prevents reverse flow through the regulator.
The 300 frame takes a 3/8 in. PT port, one step above the 1/4 in. 200 and one below the 1/2 in. 400, so match the frame to the line's air demand. The differential-pressure drain (blank code) suits bowls that cycle regularly; order the automatic (A) or manual (M) code if the installation needs it. The standard 40 um element can be swapped for the 5 um (W) grade, and the check valve (K) is already fitted in this code. No gauge is included (N), gauge variants are orderable, PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as options, and the bracket is included unless J is specified.
Because flow appears only as curves, ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your pressure and air-demand conditions before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
There is no single rated flow figure: AirTAC publishes G-series performance as flow curves. Share your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
K fits a reverse (check) valve in the unit, so air cannot flow back upstream through the regulator. The rest of the code decodes as the 300 frame with a PT3/8 port, differential-pressure drain, 40 um element and no gauge; other drains, grades and threads are catalogue options.
