The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10NW is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
This AirTAC GFR filter regulator cleans and regulates compressed air in one body: the bowl separates water and particles, which the drain removes, and the adjusting knob sets the downstream pressure. The W code fits the 5 um element for finer filtration than the 40 um standard. This configuration is the 300 size with a PT3/8 port, differential-pressure drain and no pressure gauge. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the differential-pressure drain the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
It is a genuine AirTAC part from the G series, which spans sizes 200 to 600 (1/8 in. to 1 in. ports) with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge or no-gauge variants. The 300 size carries a polycarbonate bowl and handles non-freezing compressed air from -5 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Preparing regulated air for spray guns in a paint or coating booth; with no lubricator in this circuit, the unit adds no oil mist to the air reaching the finish.
Supplying pneumatic actuators and purge air inside an analytical instrument cabinet, where the 5 um element helps keep fine internal passages clear.
Feeding small gripper cylinders on an electronics assembly module, where finer filtration helps protect compact valve and cylinder internals.
Pick the frame by port and air demand: the 300 carries a 3/8 in. PT port, between the 1/4 in. 200 and the 1/2 in. 400. The 5 um (W) element here suits duties where the standard 40 um grade is too coarse; both grades remain orderable in this frame. The differential-pressure drain (blank code) clears condensate using the working differential, with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains as alternatives. No gauge is fitted (N) and gauge variants are available; PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket is included unless J is specified.
Flow is published as curves, not as one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for the G series - performance is given as flow curves. Tell us your pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code selects the 5 um element for finer particle removal, for example ahead of compact valves, nozzles or spray equipment; the blank code's 40 um element is the standard grade for general machine air. Both grades, plus drain and thread options, are available across the GFR200-600 range.
