The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AC1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15AC1K is a genuine AirTAC GFR series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in one body, with a drain bowl and no lubricator. This code is size 300 with PT1/2 in ports, the standard 40 um element, an automatic drain, the external round pressure gauge in MPa scale, and the K reverse (check) valve specified in the flow path. With the automatic drain, the regulated outlet is adjustable over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing; the size 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC), while 600-size bowls are aluminium alloy. The same body is offered in 200/400 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, a 5 um W element option, embedded square gauges and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning and regulation ahead of a bench pneumatic press or riveter, with the check valve holding the branch if plant supply dips.
Filtered, regulated air to the clamps and pneumatically controlled components around a laser cutting cell, read at the unit on the round MPa gauge.
Air to the pneumatically loaded dancer arms and brakes on a wire-drawing or cabling line, set locally on the MPa scale gauge.
Order a GFR300 by its decodable positions: size and port (200 to 400, ports 06 = 1/8 in through 25 = 1 in) - here 300 with 1/2 in PT ports; drain, where A (this code) is automatic, blank is differential-pressure and M is manual (manual widens the range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi); element, 40 um standard or 5 um W; gauge, embedded square or external round in MPa/psi/bar scales; and the trailing K on this code, which adds the reverse (check) valve. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against the GFR300 datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
No single rated-flow figure exists for this series - AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves. Send us your application pressures and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the GFR300 datasheet on request.
40 um is the standard GFR element and suits general plant air; the W code specifies a 5 um element for finer protection of valves, cylinders and instruments. Both are catalogue options on the same size 300 body, so choose according to how sensitive the equipment you are feeding is.
