The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AF1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR series combines compressed-air filtration and pressure regulation in one body. This GFR300C15AF1 is a size 300 unit with a PT1/2 port, the standard 40 um filtration element, an automatic drain that clears condensate without operator attention, and the embedded square pressure gauge with MPa scale. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); regulation range for the automatic-drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl is polycarbonate, as fitted on the 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic, manual), 40 um standard or 5 um fine elements, gauge and scale options, PT, G or NPT threads, and check-valve or low-pressure variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the air that drives gate and diverter cylinders along a conveyor system, with the automatic drain keeping water out of the valves between maintenance rounds.
Filtering and regulating supply air at a bench where impact drivers and air ratchets are connected, holding a steady set pressure visible on the square MPa gauge.
Supplying cleaned, regulated air to mould-open, ejector and core-pull pneumatics on a moulding machine, with the 40 um element catching pipe scale and the auto drain ejecting condensate.
Size 300 with a PT1/2 port suits mid-size supply lines; move to 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow, or 200 for compact setups. The standard 40 um element protects general cylinders and valves; specify W for a 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Automatic drain (A) keeps maintenance hands-off. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa here; round gauges and psi or bar scales are orderable. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your port size, line pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the correct unit from the datasheet on request.
The default GFR300 drain is differential-pressure operated; this AF1 code specifies automatic drain (A), which ejects collected condensate on its own cycle without manual attention. The regulator range for the automatic-drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), versus 0.05-0.9 MPa for manual-drain variants.
