The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AF1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR series combines compressed-air filtration and pressure regulation in a single body. This GFR300C15AF1K is a size 300 unit with a PT1/2 port, the standard 40 um filtration element, an automatic drain, the embedded square pressure gauge with MPa scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream pressure is held when upstream supply drops. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); regulation range for the automatic-drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl is polycarbonate, standard on the 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic, manual), 40 um standard or 5 um fine elements, gauge and scale options, PT, G or NPT threads, and check-valve or low-pressure variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulating and filtering air to hold-fixtures on a welding cell, where the check valve keeps clamps holding their set pressure if the plant air supply is interrupted.
Feeding regulated air to brake and body actuation test rigs in a commercial-vehicle workshop, with filtered air and held downstream pressure between supply cycles.
Conditioning air for bagger hold-down and seal cylinders on a packaging line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate and the check valve preventing backfeed between stations.
Size 300 with a PT1/2 port covers mid-range supply lines; step to 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow, or down to 200 for compact circuits. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve - choose it where actuators must hold position through supply interruptions; omit it where backflow is not a concern. The standard 40 um element suits general pneumatics; W gives 5 um. Automatic drain (A) keeps purging hands-off. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; round gauges and psi/bar scales are orderable. PT is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as one rated figure, so we cannot quote a single number. Share your line pressure and downstream air demand and we will confirm the sizing and send the datasheet figures on request before you order.
K specifies a reverse (check) valve fitted in the unit, so air will not flow back upstream and downstream pressure is retained if the supply fails. All other decoding is unchanged: size 300, PT1/2 port, 40 um element, automatic drain, embedded square MPa gauge.
