The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AJC1WK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15AJC1WK is a G-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a PT1/2 port, an automatic drain that bleeds condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without manual attention, a 5 um filter element, a built-in square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and, with the automatic drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and with or without bracket and gauge. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spindle-clamp and tool-changer valves on a machining center, where the 5 um element protects precision directional valves and the regulator holds a steady clamp pressure.
Supplying diverter and stopper cylinders along a carton-handling conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing bowl condensate through long production shifts.
Regulating supply to pneumatic quarter-turn valve actuators, where the fitted check valve holds downstream pressure if upstream supply dips.
Step up from GFR200 to GFR300 to GFR400 as your required flow and port size grow; this unit carries a 1/2 inch PT port as the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options. The automatic drain (A) suits lines that run unattended, while manual (M) and the differential-pressure default are the alternatives. The W code selects the finer 5 um element against the 40 um standard, and the square gauge reads in MPa (psi and bar scales exist in the family). Because this is the J version it comes without a mounting bracket, which can be ordered separately. Since flow for the G series is published as curves rather than a single rated number, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your operating pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this PT1/2 filter regulator on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, helping hold downstream pressure if upstream supply drops. The same unit without the K, such as GFR300C15AJF1W, is otherwise identical: same 5 um element, automatic drain, square MPa gauge and PT1/2 port.
