The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AJF1W is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15AJF1W is a G-series filter regulator: one body that strips water and particulate from compressed air while holding downstream pressure at setpoint. The W code selects the finer 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard. This is the size 300 unit with a PT1/2 port, an automatic drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and, with the automatic drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain options, 40 um or 5 um elements, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, gauge variants, and bracket choices. Because flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, we will confirm the datasheet values for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning gun air on a wood-furniture spray-finishing line, where the 5 um element supports a cleaner supply to the finishing guns than the standard grade.
Regulating and filtering the bench supply for air ratchets, impact drivers and blowguns in an automotive repair workshop, with automatic drainage between shifts.
Feeding the cylinders of a high-cycle pick-and-place gantry on a packaging machine, where the regulator holds a fixed setpoint through rapid repeating cycles.
This unit pairs the size 300 body and 1/2 inch PT port with the 5 um element, so choose it over the 40 um standard (GFR300C15AJF1) when downstream equipment wants finer filtration. The automatic drain suits continuously running plant; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives. Sizes 200 to 400 cover the smaller and larger port steps in the family, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered in place of the PT standard. The square gauge reads MPa with psi and bar scales available, and this J version comes without a bracket unless one is ordered. Flow for the G series appears only as published curves, so ask us to check the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Give us your operating pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this PT1/2 filter regulator on request.
The W code selects the finer 5 um element, suited to applications wanting a cleaner supply than the 40 um standard provides, while 40 um suits general actuation. Both are available on the same size 300, PT1/2, automatic-drain body with the square MPa gauge.
