The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AJNK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15AJNK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter-regulator, combining water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in one body and no lubrication stage. This 300-size unit has 1/2 in PT ports (PT is the standard thread for this code), an automatic drain on its polycarbonate bowl, the standard 40 um element and no pressure gauge; the K option adds a reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply fails. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), regulation spans 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the automatic drain, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in; across the family you choose drain type, 40 um or 5 um elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, brackets and the reverse valve. Flow is published only as curves, not a single rating, so share your operating conditions and we will confirm sizing and provide the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Air prep for clamping fixtures where the workpiece must stay gripped: the check valve holds the regulated pressure downstream if the main supply is isolated or fails.
Feeding machines that alternate long idle periods with bursts of demand: the check valve keeps the downstream circuit charged while the auto drain clears condensate in between.
Supplying quarter-turn actuators where a sudden supply loss must not vent the actuator instantly: the reverse valve backs up the downstream side while the set regulation is retained.
Choose 300 with 1/2 in PT ports for mid-range demand; step to 400 or 600 for larger ports and flow, or to 200 for light circuits. The automatic drain suits unattended operation; manual-drain variants allow regulation down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). The 40 um element is the standard grade, with the 5 um W option for finer duty. The check valve (K) in this code blocks backflow from the downstream side, useful where a drop in supply must not dump a charged circuit. No gauge is fitted; square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar can be ordered. PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as options, and a bracket is optional. Flow appears in AirTAC documentation as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rated value, so we do not state one number. Tell us your supply pressure and the air consumption downstream, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
It marks a fitted reverse (check) valve, which blocks backflow from the downstream side and holds a charged circuit if supply is lost. It is one of several order choices on the GFR300, together with drain type, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge options and thread.
