The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AJNWK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: air passes through a drain bowl that removes water and particulate, then through the regulating valve that sets downstream pressure. This GFR300C15AJNWK is the 300 size with PT1/2 (1/2") ports, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual intervention, a fine 5 um filter element, and a reverse/check valve fitted so downstream pressure cannot back up through the unit. No gauge is fitted (N) and no mounting bracket (J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades and thread options (PT standard; G and NPT are catalogue options), and we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted ahead of a directional-valve manifold on an automated press line, it removes water and 5 um particles and holds a steady set pressure to the valves, while the check valve stops line back-flow.
On a packaging conveyor with air cylinders for pushers and stops, the unit conditions the 1/2" supply air and regulates it to the pressure the cylinder circuit was designed for.
Feeding the air clamps and tool-change actuators of a CNC machining centre, it keeps moisture and fine debris out of the clamping circuit and holds clamping pressure steady during the cycle.
Choose the 300 size with PT1/2 ports when your line runs at 1/2" piping and you want one component doing both filtering and regulating. The 5 um element (W) suits airlines feeding finer components such as valves and cylinders where 40 um standard filtration is too coarse. The automatic drain suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations; the check valve (K) protects the regulator from back-flow. Regulation range with automatic drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Thread is PT as standard - order the G (BSPP) or NPT variant if your piping differs. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G-series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no pressure gauge is fitted and W specifies the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard. If you want pressure indication, order a GFR300 variant without N - the family offers an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale.
